1. I scrapbook because it's fun. I'll stop being stressed about it and just make it fun.
2. My scrapbook layouts will not look like anyone else's scrapbook layouts. I will stop comparing myself.
3. There will never be enough time. There will always be one more person that needs me. One more chore to do. One more errand to run. If I really want to do this I'm going to have to make time.
4. I bought a lot of fun stuff from Scrap Girls, and I haven't even played with some of it yet. I will play with something today I haven't played with yet. Afterall, I bought it; it's time to use it.
5. I will ask myself why it is that I haven't made a scrapbook page lately (especially since I love to do it so much), and I will make a page about that.
6. I will stop thinking about all the memories I haven't captured in pages. Instead I will think about a memory I would like to capture. I will start there.
7. I will pick out something I love....it may be a photo or some pretty paper or a memorable story. I will scrap for no other reason then enjoyment. (If I'm on a Design Team, I will scrap something for myself, not for work.)
Something I made just for me today. My favorite book is The Little Prince and this is an excerpt from one of my favorite passages in the book. I've been wanting to use this photo as well. Spent some time doing photo editing on it, which I love and don't ever seem to let myself spend much time on.

I love this Mandy! especially that cutout and the effect you added to the photo. Isn't it great sometimes to just scrap for ourselves and not for work! :)
Fantastic!
This is one of my favorite books, too, Mandy. I once created a mini album for my mother's birthday using nothing but excerpts from The Little Prince and some awesome tulip photos I'd taken when I lived in Seattle. I think she would say it was probably the best gift I ever gave her. "What is essential is invisible to the eye..." I love it! I should re-do it now that I know about digiscrapping! :) I love that photo you used, too.
